I think I have just that! I have the best Dad in the world! So lucky he is mine!! I also think he is very handsome and he always dresses so nice so this card suits him jus fine!!! To make the shirt when you cut your 4 x 5 1/4 page go down about 1 inch and cut in about 1 inch and then fold down to make the collar of your shirt. I rounded the shoulder of the shirt with the corner rounder punch. I googled how to make an origami tie glue dotted it in and used a silver brad for the tie tack.
